How much does it cost and why?
Our delivery service fee varies depending on the size of your order. This service fee covers a small part of:
- Website & customer service – maintaining the range and prices online, calling you if we’re out of stock.
- Staff – shopping for a large shop takes time and our personal shoppers take care to pick the best fruit and veg in store.
- Delivery costs – we’re offering 1-hour delivery windows and our delivery person require a fees to meet this service.
Free Delivery & Paid Delivery
We have divided the delivery regions into 4 zones and provide free and paid delivery options based on the order value.
- Zone 1: Free delivery area. Free delivery on all orders above $59.99 and $4.99 delivery fee applicable on order value of $59.99 or below.
- Zone 2: Free delivery on all orders above $99.99 and $5.99 delivery fee applicable on order value of $99.99 or below.
- Zone 3: Free delivery on all orders above $180 and $7.99 delivery fee applicable on order value of $180 or below.
- Zone 4: $10.99 Delivery fee applicable on all orders.
